Case 1

Type: Male pattern baldness / age: 34

When these trials began, his scalp had turned red and had much sebum and waste product (Fig, 5A). After 15 days, his scalp became clear and the redness improved significantly. After 5 months (Fig. 5B), many thin hairs grew and felt slightly stronger. After 10 months (Fig. 5C), the thin hairs became thicker and the number of hairs increased on the whole. This case indicates that naturally thin hairs can be raised as healthy and thick ones.

Case 2

Type: The early stage of male pattern baldness / age : 27

As seen in Figure 6A, he showed partial damages to some pores around the crown of the head and developing hair loss. After one month, abnormal hair loss stopped and pores were formed evenly as seen in Fig. 6B from which vellus hairs grew out. Fig 5C shows that he restored 90% of his hairs and complete cure was around the corner.

Case 3

Type: Alopecia universalis / age : 27

As seen in the Figure 7A, the rim of his head was especially aging and had red-spotted due to the ultraviolet-ray treatment on his scalp which he had undergone before the participation in these trials. After 40 days, he recovered hairs very rapidly and started to have healthy and thick hairs growing out in the first place as seen in Figure 7B. His scalp damaged by ultraviolet rays gradually got back on normal track and hairs grew thicker and faster as these trials progressed further (Figure 7C). After using these products for the scalp, he also used the remainder for his brows. As a result, it was observed that they worked for brows as well.

Case 4

Type: Male pattern baldness / age : 32

As seen in Figure 8A and 8B, hairs grew evenly in the forehead and top of the head at the same time. In addition, many vellus hairs grew in the "M"- shaped forehead, making his hairline in the forehead darker.

Case 5

Type: Male pattern baldness / age : 37

He had already developed typical male pattern baldness to a significant level and his hair loss was being accelerated. He had much sebum and dandruff in the scalp and had a family history of baldness. After 2 weeks, sebum and dandruff disappeared and pores on the bald parts were opening. His hair restoration speed was much faster than for other participants. Figure 9B is a photo taken when his hair was cut due to unbalance between existing long but thin hairs, and short but thick hairs. As seen in Fig. 9C, his hair loss was almost completely cured as hairs constantly grew and were raised, replacing existing and newly grown hairs.

Case 6

Type: Male pattern baldness / age : 55

The patient 6 had developed the typical male pattern baldness from his young ages. Excessive sebum and dandruffs were not observed in his scalp but partial pore damages were found due to long hair loss. Unlike other participants, he used only Dannis in these trials. As a result, it was observed that vellus hairs grew evenly in his scalp on the whole.
